Home Staging is the art of presenting a home to SELL! Potential buyers need to make an emotional connection when they enter your home. Home Staging provides that opportunity by redesigning your rooms to highlight each room's assets, keeping the home warm and inviting, yet uncluttered and de-personalized. SOS can create that setting by designing for wider appeal to potential buyers, gaining you top dollar for your home and a shorter time on the market.

What is a Home Staging Consultation?
A time will be set up for a two hour consultation during which Jane Ostertag, your Home Staging Expert, will be able to view your home through the eyes of a buyer, make creative recommendations and insightful suggestions, helping you increase your home's appeal to that potential buyer.

This consultation includes:

- An initial walk-through to get the overall feel and personality of the house and           furnishings.

- A more detailed walk-through follows from the curb and continuing throughout each room.

- A plan for each room. This may include some spot staging of smaller pieces and accessories. Staging can use your existing furniture and accessories, or have Jane provide assistance with rentals and/or new furniture and accessories that can be taken to your new home.

- Color Consultation

- Recommended Punch List

- Recommendations for de-cluttering and repairs

- Trade Referral Support

You can then decide if you want to complete the recommendations yourself or schedule Jane to stage your home to be Simply Outstanding, relieving you of that stress. No matter who implements the changes, home staging is an investment in the home-selling process that is much less costly than having your home on the market too long, or having to take a price reduction.
